The novelties of the next edition
WorldFood Istanbul 2015 will for the first-time be divided into eight sectors, showcasing both domestic and international food and beverage companies. One of the main sectors will be ‘Ingredients’, where food ingredients, additives and flavouring products will be presented from around the world. We’re confident that this new layout will provide a more tailor visitor and exhibitor experience.

What I have to know to exhibit in Istanbul?
Exhibitors need to know that when conducting business in Istanbul, businessmen and women are known to be informal. Therefore expect conversations about family, friends and holidays - small talk is very important.
If you’re travelling from abroad, remember that the majority of people will need a visa to enter Turkey. Visitors need to obtain their visa online, it’s a quick and easy procedure but one that needs to be done before arriving in Turkey.
It is always good to have actual samples of your products at the exhibition for potential buyers. These buyers will then be able to touch, smell and taste the produce, allowing you to really sell your product. Shipping of products to a country can be a daunting task and needs to be planned in advance to ensure goods arrive on time.
