So if you are a professional of the sector, a sports-lover or you just have curiosity, don't leave without reading our interview with the 2017's Event Coordinator, and discover why this expo fits perfectly for you.
As the title suggests, the event seems to encourage women to empower her own well-being. How has the event contributed on that?
The Women's Health & Fitness Expo has been serving women for the past 6 years. The event provides free fitness workshops, health screenings, wellness seminars and access to new and cutting edge health trends. We have licensed doctors on site to provide Q & A sessions on health disparities that primarily affect women.
Could you highlight some workshops or demos that we can not miss in the next edition in London?
The Women's Health & Fitness Expo London will be home to influential health and wellness advocates from around the UK. Award-winning author and health and wellness coach Alison Canavan will be hosting a workshop that focuses on stress management. Award-winning Swedish work out team F&S will be on site providing a "jympa" workout, which is a fun and easy and guaranteed to get attendees sweating!
Can you explain us in details what are the benefits for the exhibitors?
Exhibitors benefit by having a direct, targeted demographic of women to promote their products and services to. The Women's Health & Fitness Expo offers an intimate, non-competing atmosphere to ensure exhibitors receive a good ROI.

Can you give us some participation results from the last edition?
The Women's Health & Fitness Expo has an attendance of over 2,000 attendees annually. This is our first event in London and so far we have over 1,500 registrations. We keep our exhibitor numbers to a small 40-65 to rule out competition and repetitive products and services.
