The Moscow Public Foundation for Support of the Culture and Contemporary Art Development under the aegis of UNESCO and with the support of the World Without Borders Foundation invites you to participate in 2017 in the best projects in the sphere of art. The International Art Festival “Traditions and Contemporaneity” and VERA World Fine Art Festival are the events of the international scale which are held since 2007 in Moscow and Lisbon. International art festival “Traditions and Contemporaneity” and “VERA World Fine Art Festival” will be held in Moscow, Russia; Shanghai, China and Lisbon, Portugal.
