International Travel Show TT Warsaw, is the largest meeting platform in Poland for the tourism industry and a great opportunity to establish business contacts, new customers and to promote Poland on the international scene. If you want to know more about the trade show, keep reading our interview.
The TT Warsaw Show is a major international event for the tourist industry, what’s the secret to it`s success?
The history of TT Warsaw is also a story of dynamic development of tourism in Poland. Since 1993, the fair has supported the tourist-friendly travel destinations and has been a place for industry discussions. TT Warsaw provides evidence that this global market place and a platform for personal encounters, provides a solid foundation for the industry in the digital age. We show how important face-to-face meetings remain – that is our success. The general mood and the many discussions that took place at our show confirmed our basically optimistic outlook for 2017.
The show is an excellent place to learn about deals of travel agents and tour operators. What kind of offers can we look forward to this year?
As always, the exhibitors represent a wide range of industry sectors ranging from national tourist chambers to individual sights and lodging facilities. The offers will also include individual hotels, health resorts, conference facilities, spas, tourist attractions, carriers, insurance companies, and entities providing new technology solutions for tourism.
This year's partner country of TT Warsaw is Poland, which means a dynamic promotion of the domestic tourist potential. Much attention will be devoted to regions, cities, and counties, as well as hiking trails and tourist attractions.
What is the visitor profile?
We mostly focus on Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Corporate Travel Decision Makers, Potential Investors In The Field Of Hospitality, Leisure And Travel Industry
Can you give us some advice to be successful at this event?
The first important success indicator is the value in the diverse programme. TT Warsaw combines conferences, country presentations and workshops, which attract the attention of those who want to learn novelties and form new contacts with foreign partners at the same time.
The second sucess factor and an inseparable part of TT Warsaw is formed by competitions for exhibitors, which give the industry and customers an indication of valuable solutions and products. We organize contests relating to exhibitors’ stands and tour operators.
The third tips for a sucess in a travel trade event is the right date. Thanks to organization of the fair in the end of the year, TT Warsaw is an excellent place to reflect on the past season, sell the winter offer, and present catalogues for the comming season.
Lastly, can you give us some participation results from the last edition?
Last year, there were 450 exhibitors from 50 countries: from Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, both Americas and the Caribbean. 26 countries have prepared national expositions.
