Over the last two years airlines have realised opportunities, taken calculated risks and adapted to flexible trial-and-error approaches spurring innovation that would not usually have happened. Silos have been shaken and new partnerships formed. We have witnessed airlines and vendors working even closer together to produce better results more closely whether that be from virtual implementations, the speedy launch and distribution of new products and services or harnessing data more effectively.
