Today we would like to present you the interview with the representative of the ROSMOULD team Alina Kudelina (Overseas and Marketing Manager). In 2017 “Messe Frankfurt GmbH” extended its portfolio by purchasing of the project and in May ROSMOULD 2018 was firstly organized by one of the biggest trade organizers in the world.
When and where will ROSMOULD 2019 take place?
-This year the exhibition will be held on its traditional dates 18-20 June, in its traditional place – IEC “Crocus Expo”, but this time in the Pavilion 1. We are glad about this novelty: in the new pavilion, the infrastructure is better and the halls are lighter. We hope that our exhibitors and visitors like this small feature.
What about the results of the previous edition? What are the feedbacks of the participants?
-Our exhibitors were happy consequently we were happy. The companies noted the rising number of visitors. ROSMOULD 2018 was visited by 40% of new specialists and this is thanks to our new approach to the marketing campaign. Total 6315 specialists from 70 regions of Russia came to the fair to find a new supplier for their needs.
What are your expectations of the forthcoming ROSMOULD 2019?
Just after the May edition, we started to prepare for the next one: sum up and analyze the results, talk to the key exhibitors and visitors. One thing was clear: the instrumental sector in Russia is reviving, buyers purchasing power is rising. Policy of import substitution supports national producer, foreign manufacturers are getting used to the words “sanctions” and “embargo” and are more actively coming back to the Russian market. At the moment, we see the positive dynamics in the exposition’s formation.
In 2019 the ROSMOULD exposition will cover the following groups: Design and Product Development / Additive Technologies / Moulds, Die Moulds, Stamps / Materials / Machinery and Tooling. In 2019 ROSMOULD demonstrates “ROSPLAST” – the special exposition of technologies and equipment for plastics industry. Following companies and brands have already confirmed the participation: Moretto Spa (Italy), Babyplast (Italy), Eurochiller (Italy), Jonway (Taiwan), Solan-D (Russia -brands: Piovan, Tecnomagnete, tst, Sesotec, Fanuc, MB Conveyors, Tria), Vivtech (Russia – brands: Bausano, Tecnica Duebì, DEGA, Euroklimat), Evropolymer-Trading (Russia – brands: Polystar, Daylong, Topstar, Jandi’s, Vatan, Ramoy, Genox, Cosmos), Polypack (Russia – brands: Hao Yu, Hyplas, Kaimei, TMC), etc.
Moreover, together with the brand “formnext*” we are developing the section “Additive technologies” and it will be highlighted by the pavilion of the German association “VDMA” – “Additive Manufacturing” Working Group. It is great opportunity to learn firsthand about new overseas technologies and look at the samples at one booth. We saw this interesting experience at formnext 2018 in Frankfurt.
What companies are going to join ROSMOULD 2019?
-Among the manufacturers of shape-generating equipment: FORSH (Russia), Saturn (Russia), Atlant (Belarus), Teknijusta (Portugal), Neotronics (Taiwan), Schuelken Form (Germany), Stampinox (Spain), Kiranda (Turkey), Zircon (Estonia), Vasantha Tools (India) etc.
“Systema” (DME, Mold Masters, Milacron), “Vivtech” (Mold Masters), “Strack Norma” (Germany), “HASCO” (Germany), “Guvenal Kalip” (Turkey), “EBS Quick Coupling” (Turkey), “Tekno-Met” (Turkey), “Hatteknik” (Turkey) and others will present components and parts for molds.
What about the content program in 2019?
In 2018 we held for the first time together with ECP “Professia” the technical injection molding conference. In 2019 you could visit the second edition supported by “The Japan Steel Works” company. The conference is divided into 2 sessions: - “Molds and tools. Design, manufacture, maintenance” and “Injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Quality control, problem identification and solving”. Among the speakers: the Japan Steel Works, HASCO Hasenclever GmbH, Schuelken Form, Formet Plastics Machinery – GWK, AB-Universal, Sumitomo Demag Machinery, T-Mold Plant, Evropolymer-Trading etc. The program is available on the website. Another event is the Additive Manufacturing Forum. The premiere was visited by more than 300 specialists. And traditionally the 5th Industrial Design Conference will take place. This time it will be joined by the exposition “Design and product development”.
