Oman Sustainability week: the trade show

The Governmental Authority for Electricity & Water (Paew) is pleased to organize the first Oman Energy & Water Exhibition & Conference with Omanexpo, whose events have been recognized for their contribution to the progress of the main industries of Oman. The Fair shall devote in Oman, 19 to 21 March 2015, at the Oman International Exhibition Centre in Muscat. The electricity and water sectors in Oman are currently seeing a continued expansion to try to meet the growing demand, which increases every year by 7-10 %. This is the result of increased cooperation between the public and private sector , industrial activity private, and the number of projects IWPP and IPP, which are leading the entry of new operators in the sector.The exhibition conference will provide a platform for better cooperation between the public and private sector , will be a unique opportunity for companies to showcase their products and services that meet the needs of the sector thus helping to sustain these resources. For Italy, the exhibition is managed by STUDIO CASSANO, Representative Office of Public ITHRAA Governmental Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development - and OMANEXPO, trade fair organizer organizer of the event. In addition to increasing investment in generation capacity, upgrades and technological improvements are also necessary to maximise the efficiency of power and water transmission and distribution. The government’s decision to move away from publicly owned generation and transmission systems has resulted in a host of opportunities for the private Sector.
