Muestra Gastronómica de Es Mercadal: the trade show

The Gastronomical Show of Es Mercadal is a show that appears with the aim of boosting the cuisine of this village among its citizens and the residents of the rest of Menorca.

To achieve this aim, this show gathers the culinary creations of all the restaurants of the area that are inspired by the ingredients and typical dishes of Es Mercadal. It also gathers the chefs from Minorca so that they can showcase their latest tendencies.
