MS Trophy: the trade show

MS Trophy's Congress and is an International Competition of Fine Confectionery. In this event come together masters confectioners, chocolatiers and cake decorators to get to know the best of their arts and the latest trends and techniques for wedding cakes, cakes for children, work in chocolate and sweets.

The winner will win the contest beyond the prize, a trip to England to compete in the NEC Birmingham Cake Show.
