Lone Worker Safety Expo: the trade show
The safety of those working alone has become a very important issue in many civilised countries, and this occasion will once again be a great opportunity for everyone to share their expertise and network with widely respected expert speakers, like minded professionals and our exhibitors who all share our passion for this so relevant subject.
What is a ‘lone worker’?
“A lone worker is an employee who performs an activity that is carried out in isolation from other workers without close or direct supervision. Such staff may be exposed to risk because there is no-one to assist them and so a risk assessment may be required.
”Who is our LONE WORKER SAFETY Expo for? Our previous events have been attended by health and safety professionals, lone workers themselves, managers, team leaders and senior members of staff who work within organisations where lone working takes place.
These professionals come from a variety of sectors, such as facility management, public sector enforcement, housing, and private security, social and health care, utility providers, public transport and many many more.
