"Italy Hotellerie" is a trade fair in the field of supply HO.RE.CA. with the planned participation
no more than 100 exhibiting companies in the areas of: Contract Design and In & Out, SPA, hotel Eco and Bio hospitality.
With over 18.000/20.000 expected visitors, of which 50% players in the field, the fair
"Italy Hotellerie "by type and importance is at a high level in the Italian scenario of events
Venues sector. The event consists of a total area of about 15,000 square meters consisting of areas
indoor and outdoor.
Success will be achieved for the important program of events and business conferences
of absolute respect, by the "Committee Ceremonial" and under the overall coordination of the organizing committee.
The most important event will be "Salerno On The Table" or Lunch Authorities, a mega party that sees from
one hand, committed the great chefs and maitre or meter of the room, but mostly Italian Campania, committed
in a competition for prestige and the other distinguished guests who will be invited by the sponsors, but in restaurants,
above all, by the organization.
Will be invited, with three seats at the table, all municipalities in the province of Salerno and of the most important provinces of:
Avellino, Benevento, Caserta, Naples and Potenza.
Authorities will be invited to lunch also journalists of Italian newspapers and especially
bells, press relating to the issues of fair or not. The massive participation of the Media
seal the fair value of the initiative.
The organization has developed an innovative outreach strategies characterized by absolute respect
and clear by parentage experts fairs.
During the event is taking place presentations, conferences and contests related to:
1) Dairy Industry with the event known as the "White Queen" mozzarella for all, tasting, the competition
and the award ceremony on October 13, 2012 from 15:30.
2) Confectionery Industry, spirits, wine and figs Cilento "Retro Gust", tasting, the competition and the award ceremony,
the day October 14, 2012 from 15.30.
3) Sector olive and olive oil, with "Green Wake", with tastings, the competition and the award ceremony, the day
October 15, 2012.
4) Sector Art White "Farina World", with tastings, the competition, the award of produce
excellence of the white, the day October 16, 2012
5) Sector legumes with "Beans & Tastes", ancient recipes of Cilento and Rural areas. Lunch and wine tasting
based recipes.
In all events there will be committees of experts and consultants, known officials of regional bodies and government
in order to ensure a professional level of participation in various competitions at the fair.
