The International Agri-Center is a non-profit corporation, formed in 1976 to produce the now World Ag Expo, formerly known as the California Farm Equipment Show, and to promote California’s agriculture industry.

The Agri-Center is led by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, and has more than 1,200 volunteers who dedicate their time to ensure the success of the World Ag Expo, and other events hosted by the International Agri-Center. The State of California recognizes the International Agri-Center as a non-profit organization because of its promotion of California agriculture throughout the world, and its emphasis on education.

A new focus for the organization is the newly remodeled Learning Center at the Heritage Complex. The World Ag Expo is the largest agriculture exposition in the world, attracting over 1,500 exhibitors worldwide, showcasing products, technology, and services for the farm, dairy, ranch, vineyard, orchard, and other agricultural industry needs.
