HORECA GASTROFOOD: the trade show
It is for the fourteenth time that distributors of food and beverages to the catering industry will present their commercial offers at the GASTROFOOD trade fair, which wonderfully complements the presentation of equipment and services for hotel and catering businesses. The event is accompanied by two theme-based salons: the 6th Coffee and Tea Salon and the 4th Regional Products Salon.
The GASTROFOOD trade fair involves many seminars and culinary workshops run by specialists, which are dedicated to recent trends in the HoReCa sector. Traditionally the fair is also accompanied by a 3-day Culinary Festival, with many culinary and bartending demonstrations and competitions.
