Firatast: the trade show

Conceived by Incatis, Firatast is an event that was created with the aim of extending the food supplies of the province of Girona and the cuisine that's elaborated from them.

To accomplish this aim, Firatast bases its trade fair program in the organization of workshops, courses and cooking seminars, and the tasting of plates confectioned by girona restaurants.
