What novelties have you prepared for this 2019 edition?
Looking ahead to 2019, the FHC exhibition area will increase by 50% to an unprecedented 180,000 square meters. The major professional exhibition areas and a wide range of international events are all very exciting. Three new pavilions were added to meet the needs of domestic and international audiences at FHC for international food and service.

The competition stimulates the creative ability of beverage developers by designing raw materials and creative drinks that are freely produced. It is a fashionable drink for diners who love drinks. - 2020 China Brewers Cup Championship
With the continued rapid development of the coffee industry in China and the rise of coffee culture, China becomes the hot spot for the international market of coffee. The focus of the World Coffee Brewing Competition focuses on how the contestants use filters to make their own coffee and aim to improve the brewing skills and excellent service of handmade coffee. - 2020 World Latte Art Championship China Division
World Latte Art Championship is a professional coffee competition initiated by the world’s coffee pioneer – WCE (World Coffee Events), based on the promotion and high-quality coffee. The FHC China International Culinary Art Competition is an international event. Regarding visitor breakdown by sector, 33.25% of visitors come from the retail trade sector, 21.31% of visitors from importers & distributors& wholesalers, 18.62% from the hospitality sector, 12.5% from consultants and management services, 11.54% from manufactures, 2.79% from institutional catering. FHC 2018 welcomed 118274 trade visitors over three days- representing a 23% increase in attendees and ensuring a lively and action-packed show floor.
