ELABORA: the trade show

ELABORA is the largest show of food technology that takes place in hte south west of the Iberian peninsula.

Attending the exhibition are companies specialised in the production, manufacture and distribution of ingredients and additives for the food industry as well as in machinery and technology for bakeries, chocolate and ice cream making, and restaurants, with the objective of displaying their products and innovations.
