3° national fair dedicated to the excellence of food, beverage & technology. About 400 exhibitors. During the event you can participate in wine tasting courses, attend seminars and live demonstrations. It's a fair open to the public and practitioners. You can learn about and compete directly with manufacturers with the opportunity to buy thousands of products of excellence. The fair will be divided into thematic areas: food, wine, beer, technology, bio-vegan, gluten free, and events.
