Conferência Future Building: the trade show

With a bold proposal to provide intelligent building technology and architecture of tomorrow, the Building Future conference will bring together professionals in São Paulo construction, architecture and engineering offices, and suppliers of building materials to show news and trends in the area . The Conference is an initiative of the IBC and happens within the Exporevestir, on 5 and 6 March.
"We organized this meeting within the Exporevestir to allow fair visitors in touch with deeper futuristic projects and sustainable innovations in materials and technologies, and new construction methods and other topics that put the concept of "building the future" in terms closer to reality, says Julia Greghi, responsible for the program of Future Building.
To open the conference, invited the president of IBC Sinaenco / SP, Jose Roberto Bernasconi, who will answer the question: What do we consider a construction of the future? In sequence, the agenda will include Building Future innovations in design, construction and buildings, sustainable materials, lighting, certifications, new technologies and building automation, in addition to addressing public policy and the development of so-called "smart cities".
It is worth mentioning the programming of Building Future presentations by Dr. Masa Noguchi, head of Technology course architecture Mackintosh School of Architecture, Glasgow (UK), which will address the construction of mass housing with minimal energy consumption, and director of mergers Odebrecht, Saulo Nunes, speaking about the project City Park.
Closes the agenda of the Conference Building the Future panel with Professor Carlos Leite, Mackenzie, owner and partner of the office Rother Spinelli Architects, Jhonny Rother. On the agenda, international examples of urban development that address issues of sustainability and quality of life in so-called "smart cities."
