The Vinci International Convention Centre has a gross area of 3,800 m² for exhibitions located on several levels that are accessible by elevators, escalators and stairs making it easy to find one's way and facilitating communcation.
Looking a bit like the bellows of an antique camera, the François I Auditorium offers optimum visibility towards the stage. Its design meets the strictest requirements. It can be used in its entirety (stalls and balcony) or in part (stalls alone). Capacity of 1,982 seats divided as follows:
- stalls: 1,422 armchairs with a foldout table and 18 spaces for the handicapped.
- balcony: 542 armchairs
The Pierre de Ronsard Auditorium, located on Level +1, has dominantly tawny tones where pear wood harmonises with the leather of the armchairs giving a warm and comfortable atmosphere while offering a wide range of technical services.
The Descartes Auditorium, because of its smaller size, encourages exchanges between the participants and speakers. The light tones of the birch wood give it an atmosphere favourable to work, be it plenary sessions or workshops.
