Alta Café: the trade show
With the purpose of creating a differentiated business environment directed to the coffee growers of the Alta Mogiana Region, the Rural Union of Franca (SP) and AEAGRO - Association of Agribusiness Entrepreneurs of Franca and Region created ALTA CAFE - ALTA MOGIANA BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY FAIR.
The Rural Union of Franca (SP) and AEAGRO - Association of Agribusiness Entrepreneurs of Franca and Region created ALTA CAFE - BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY FAIR OF HIGH MOGIANA. Considered one of the main producers of coffee in Brazil and recognized worldwide for the quality and differential of aromas and flavors, the Alta Mogiana Region will have, as of 2020, a fair aimed specifically at coffee growers and entrepreneurs of the productive sector. The first edition of the fair was held from March 3rd to 5th, 2020, at Villa Eventos, in Franca (SP). In an area of 3,500m², the fair exceeded the initial business forecast, which was R$30 million. The 89 exhibiting brands did R$ 74 million in business during the fair and R$ 7 million in prospected business for the following months. The financial institutions present at the event handled considerable amounts in financing for machinery, implements, equipment, inputs, and agricultural services. Also of note were the agricultural dealers and the factory banks, with differentiated lines of business and direct sales.
